Recently I have had a number of patients come into the clinic with nerve pain, tingling, numbness and even heart palpitations. They are certain that there is something seriously wrong, yet their doctor, their neurologist and Dr. Google all seem to be baffled as to why. But instead of being relieved when they find out the reason for their symptoms they are actually indignant because the reason is B vitamin deficiency and the indignant part occurs because they have been getting intravenous vitamin infusions every other week for months. So how could they be B vitamin deficient?

Read MoreOne of the things that we may not realize is that our bodies create sounds that are undetectable to our ears. These sounds are the result of vibration and movement which is inherent in every cell and essential to every tissue. It has often been described as the “singing of cells”.

Simply applying a prescription drug may make us feel better, may reduce the symptoms of chaos, pain and debility, but it does not create change, nor does it promote resolution. As soon as we stop, the original condition will often return, making us dependent on the drug for peace within our body.

There is a crack that has formed down the trunk between two sections of the tree, but the tree has actually grown a curved section of trunk from one side of the trunk across the crack to the other side of the trunk. It has literally created a bond to hold itself together and heal the breach.
This is a characteristic that is common to all living things. Adaptation for survival and repair for longevity. This is the result of an innate living intelligence at work and this is common to all living things.
Read MoreOur bodies are experiencing water shortages, and methods are being put in place to accommodate these shortages. The shortages exist because we are failing to fully hydrate our bodies. We are drinking iced tea, diet coke, carbonated beverages, coffee blends that would astonish Juan Valdez and expecting that they will do what water does because they each contain water. You would be wrong.
