Maybe It's Adrenal Fatigue?
I know... you're really not that familiar with your adrenal glands. Well, believe me, your doctor is just as unfamiliar as you are. I can't tell you how many patients step through my door with one diagnosis after another, still feeling as bad as the first day they went to the doctor, and the real issue is the elusive adrenals. Perhaps part of the reason is that this isn't something you can treat with just a pill and a prayer.
This is a lifestyle approach and a therapy each and every day.
Balance is the key, and although you may need to be conservative and regimented for a few weeks, you can certainly relax and find a natural balance that keeps your energy up and your weight down for the rest of your life.

The Science of Stress
Don't underestimate stress. It isn't just what's in your mind, what you think, what you fear. It's actually a physiological way of your body coping. It's a different way of breathing, of walking, of eating, of showing affection. Everything changes under stress because the body is not capable of working normally.

What Actually Is Memory?
He was conscious of a thousand odors floating in the air, each one connected with a thousand thoughts and hopes and joys, and cares long, long forgotten.

Your Liver Is Calling...
So pull up a chair and let's have a sit-down with your liver. Out of every five patients I see, three have liver issues that have to be resolved before we can even begin to look at the rest of the body. Without the liver, every other system will be in distress. So if you're unsure where to begin, this may be the best place to start.

The Secretive Bile Duct
We often think that chronic bloating, gas and digestive pain are just side-effects of life. What we don't realize is that these symptoms are just a few of the issues that can emerge when your bile duct is blocked or simply lazy. Just a few therapy sessions and some time flat on your back, and your digestion will be A+.

The Candida Handbook
I can't tell you how many of my patients are absolutely convinced they have Candida. They read it on a website, their symptoms are listed in a book, someone told them they did, they had a test. I'm here to tell you that often, the symptoms you are experiencing are not Candida, which explains why whatever treatment you choose, does not eliminate the symptoms altogether. Instead, they keep returning. True Candida infestation is simply a natural process of your intestinal tract that has gone out of control, often after antibiotic therapy, severe stress, long-term intestinal cleansing or severe illness. So don't jump to conclusions, but instead keep your head and read on.
